The tech, Jamie, showed up right on time and was super friendly. Felt like having a knowledgeable buddy over who just happened to know everything about Frigidaires. They quickly figured out the problem, something about the condenser. Can't say I fully understood, but Jamie explained it in a way that made sense (sort of). What mattered most is now my fridge runs smooth and quiet again! It's been reliable for all our grocery runs since. And really, isn't that what you want?
