I was searching online for a reliable water heater repair service in Granite Hills, CA, and came across Trust Appliance Repair. It turned out to be a great find. I called them up late one afternoon, seriously didn't expect them to come so quickly. The technician, Mike, showed up right on time the next morning, ready to tackle my old Rheem water heater. He knew what he was doing, that's for sure. He walked me through what he thought was the problem, something about the pilot light and thermostat. It made sense, I guess, and he got to work right away. What I appreciated was how he didn’t try to upsell me; just fixed what needed fixing. In maybe an hour or so, my water heater was back to life, heating water like a champ! The price? Pretty fair for the quality and speed of service I received. Didn’t expect such a smooth experience going by past dealings with other service companies. If you’re hunting for a reliable water heater repair service, I’d say give Trust Appliance Repair a shot. They certainly made a believer out of me.
